He was predeceased by: his father Earl Loughner; and his daughter Grace Loughner. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Dombrowski of Tarentum; his wife Esther Jean Loughner (Albright) of Natrona; his children, Patty Impell (John) of Pittsburgh, Dana Loughner of Natrona, Frank Loughner (Kristen) of Natrona Heights and David J. Loughner (Kimberly) of Natrona Heights; his siblings, Chuck Loughner (Carol) of Moon Township and Nelli Salvatore of West End; and his adoptive son Nathanial Pawlowski of Natrona. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
