He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Verne Anthony and Loretta Anthony (Brewer); and his brother Glen Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Elsie A. Anthony (McCombs); his children, Mark David Anthony (Sharlett) of Buffalo Twp, Kevin Eric Anthony of St. Petersburg, FL, Michele Feder (Paul) of Freeport and Erin Popynia (Jeffrey) of Natrona Heights; and his brother Donald Anthony (Judy) of Lower Burrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
