He was predeceased by: his wife Earla Negley (McFadden); his son Gary Negley; and his siblings, Donald, Robert, Howard Negley and Darlene Alwine.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Negley (Laura), Mark Negley (Laurie), Buffalo Twp, Eric Negley (Rebecca), Timothy A. Negley, Natrona Negley and Tammy S. Negley; and his sisters, LaVelle Moretti, Las Vegas and Dianne Schreckengost (Robert). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
