He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Sr. and Mary D. Oswald (Shamburg); and his brother David C. Oswald. He is survived by: his siblings, John Oswald (Barbara) of Thurmont, MD, Patricia L. Higgins of Blawnox and Theresa Grieco (Tony) of Irwin. He is also survived by eight nephews and two great nephews.
