Charles L. Hockenberry Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Hockenberry Sr. of Tarentum, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Hockenberry and Mary Jean Hockenberry (Holtz); his wife Donna R. Swanson-Hockenberry; his siblings, Delbert T Hockenberry Jr., Frederick P. Hockenberry and Donna Jean Hockenberry; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Swanson and Lindy Swanson.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Hockenberry (Jermell Blair) of Tarentum and Charles L. Hockenberry Jr. of Tarentum; his grandson Aden Michael Blair; his siblings, Donald Hockenberry (Marcy Montana), Albert Brown, Jeffrey Brown, Marsha Straight and Maria Czulewicz; and his sisters-in-law, Becky Negley (Eric) and Sherri Mosley (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
