She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Small and Marie Magonigal. She is survived by: her son John E. Labbe of Bunker Hill, WV; and her stepdaughters, Tammy Montgomery-Coscia (John), Corrina of Washington and Bobbi Jo of Connecticut.
