He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Potensky and Gail Potensky (Albert). He is survived by: his sons, Vincent A. Potensky (Rachel) of Tarentum and Nicholas J. Potensky (Georgi) of Export; his grandchildren, Odin and Kenlee Potensky of Tarentum; and his brothers, Mark Potensky (Melinda) of Seattle, WA and Jeffrey Potensky (Sherry).
