He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jack and Zelma Jack (Stull); and his siblings, Homer Mears and Marlene Huss. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Jack (Marian); his sons, Troy A. Jack (Donna) and Noel B. Jack (Jennifer) of Manor Township; and his grandchildren, Donovan, Maddison, Collin, Abigail and Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, Brackenridge.
