She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace R. "Red" Cramer; her parents, Ernest Kiesinger and Lily May Kiesinger (Harvey); her sons, John Serfass and Thomas Serfass; and her sisters, Nina Beauman and Ruth Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Matthews of Moscow and James Serfass (Barbara); and her grandchildren, James Serfass, Christine "Crissie" Seese, Kelly Gardner, Joshua Serfass, Ben Serfass and Michael Serfass. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made in Winnie's name to the Covington Township Fire Company or Evans-Blitz Post 922 American Legion.
