He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claudia (Billig); his parents, Edith "Penny" Hess (Ahern) of Florida and Francis Hess; his siblings, Francis Hess of Florida, Michael Hess (Kelly) of Stroudsburg, Deborah Frank of New Hampshire and Lisa Hess Buccholz (Robert) of Stroudsburg; his parents-in-law, Eva Billig, Andy, Marion DeBalko and Marguerite Billig; and his brother Thomas Hess. He was also cherished by children; as well as friends and extended family.
