She is survived by: her parent Elsie Carpentier (Carlson); her sons, Stephen Jakubowitz III and Justin Jakubowitz; her grandson Nathan; and her siblings, Debbie, Kathy, Jean, Karen, Susan, Nancy, Robert, Philip and Richard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
