She is survived by: her husband John Lutz; her sons, Thomas Lutz (Cherise) of State College and Matthew Lutz of Spring, TX.; her mother Doris Leske (Greene) of Naples, FL; and her siblings, Fred Leske (Erin) of Marco Island, FL, Laura Schuler of Bradenton, FL and Patricia Reynolds of Oviedo, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
