He is survived by: his children, John Caulfield (Vivian) of Brooklyn, NY, Jennifer Tuzzio (Pete) of Bushkill and Anne-Marie Caulfield of Portland, OR; and his sisters, Cathy Hartwick of New Jersey, Barbara Sandoli of New Jersey and Joan Welsh of New Jersey.
