With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Welles C. Steigerwalt (Tamaqua, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 7, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard, Sr. Steigerwalt and Emma Steigerwalt (Kemmerer); and his siblings, Grace Reinhart, William, Herman, LeRoy and Howard Steigerwalt, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Pearl R. Steigerwalt (Malick); his children, Robert A. Steigerwalt (Pauline) of Tamaqua, Dennis C. Steigerwalt (Vinnett) of Tamaqua and Linda (Ron Snyder) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Noel, Trudyann, Audrey Lynn and Mark; his sisters, Arlene Breiner (Richard) of Tamaqua and Fern Osenbach of Tamaqua; and also Welles. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
