He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Joseph Banditelli and Susan A. Banditelli; and his son Christopher M. Banditelli. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Banditelli; his son Tom J. Banditelli, Jr. (Roxanne); his grandsons, Jacob and Dominick of Owl Creek; and his brothers, Robert Banditelli (Nancy) of Tamaqua and Albert Banditelli (Isabelle) of Tamaqua. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
