He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bartell and Mary Bartell; his brother Walter Bartell; and his brother-in-law Robert Gerber. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bartell; his daughters, Heather Hadesty (Dana) of Tamaqua and Brynn Novack (Ronnie) of Mary; his grandson Joshua Paul Hadesty; his sister Jackie Haddock (Louis) of Orlando, Florida; and his sister-in-law Joan Gerber of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
