She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius, Sr. Heitz and Patricia Heitz (Kneeshaw); her great grandchild Mason Gray; and her brothers, John Heitz and Michael Heitz.
She is survived by: her husband David Samuel Moerder; her children, David John Moerder (Erica) of New Tripoli, Harry Allen Moerder of Tamqua and Emily Ann Rossi (Robert) of Tamaqua; her grandchildren, Samantha Rossi of Tamaqua, Bobbijo Rossi of Tamaqua, Domanick Rossi (Khalan) of Tamaqua, Shai Gray (Justin) of Tamaqua and Ryan Moerder of Lehighton; her great grandchildren, Robert, Wyatt, Athena, Madyson, Daniel, Natalia Gray, Leilani, Alexander and Aubrey Rossi; and her siblings, Geraldine Gregas of Shenandoah and Aloysius Heitz, Jr. of Lansford. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
The family would appreciate memorial donations towards the funeral in care of the funeral home.
