He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M.; his children, Merl W. Maggs, II (Jessica) of Reading, Jenny S. Mazur (Christopher Mease) of Tamaqua and Bobbi J. Snyder (Alton) of Kempton; his siblings, Clayton Maggs (Sharon) of Fleetwood and Sharon Hufnagle of Antesfort, PA; his grandchildren, Madalyn, Shaun, Cheyenne, Salena, Kelly, David and McKayla; and his great grandchildren, Colton and Shelby.
