She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Stephens; and her parents, James Rowan and Marion Rowan (Fox). She is survived by: her sons, Joseph K. Kotch and Robert Rowan (Jean) of Tamaqua; her granddaughters, Nicole Kotch of Phoenixville, PA, Briana Kotch of Tamaqua and Ashley Caputo of Florida; and her sister-in-law Lydia Rowan.
