She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hager and Anna Hager (Kocha); her siblings, Josephine Hager, Anna Hollan, Louis, Joseph, Edward, Michael, Charles, John, Thomas and Robert Hager; and her grandsons, Clement Michael Midas and David Edward Midas.

She is survived by: her children, Nikki Leonzi (Richard), Clement Midas (Teresa) and David Midas (Patricia); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jennifer Leonzi, Kristin Sommers (David), Michele Lee Midas Miller (Ian) and Shaun Midas; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Madison Sommers, Gunnar, Hodge and Kade Midas.
