She was predeceased by: her spouse Leocadio Arruza, Jr.; her parents, Frances Kazlosky and Marcella Kazlosky; her sister Elsie Kowalski; and her nephew Michael.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Nordby (Frank) of Cato, NY, Cynthia Arruza of Auburn, NY and Christina Simonelli (Frank) of Beverly Hills, FL; and her sister Marlene Miller of Hometown, PA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
