He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Paul and Mabel I. Smith (Wetterau); and his brother-in-law Richard Keen. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert P Smith (Kimberly) of Tamaqua and Kathryn Ann Keen of Pottsville; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Smith (Nicole), Ryan Smith, Makenna, Hannah Smith and Jace Smith.
