She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Patoskie and Helen Patoskie (Kotzer); her husband Robert K. Hoag of Tamaqua; and her brother Robert Patoskie. She is survived by: her daughter Heather H. Fenicle (Brian) of Wellsville; and her granddaughters, Quinn and Reid.
Memorial donations may be given in her name to American Cancer Society.
