She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Chickilly, Sr.; her parents, Rudolph Petrash and Anna Petrash Prachar (Getz); her stepfather John Prachar; and her son James D. Chickilly, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, David M. Chickilly (Luanne) of New Ringgold, PA and Michael J. Chickilly (Joann) of Summit Hill, PA; and her daughter-in-law Vivian Chickilly of Tamaqua. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
