She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Hayes; her parents, Metro Trubilla and Mary Trubilla (Zelinka); her son Charles Hayes; her siblings, Irene Trubilla, Anna Trubilla, Mary Sherpinsky, John, Charles, Michael and Frank Trubilla; and her great grandchild Hailee Hayes.

She is survived by: her children, Leonard Hayes (Donna) of Bloomsburg and Marlene Bickleman (Joe) of Tamaqua; and her great grandchild Many. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
