She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Bennage and Florence Bennage (Dampman). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Charles Hoffman; her children, Stephen W. Hoffman (Heather Shamonsky) of New Ringgold, Susan L. Fannock of Tamaqua and Christine L. Rex (Neil) of Andreas; her siblings, Samuel Bennage of Fort Wayne, IN, David Bennage (Gloria Patskan) of Hazleton, Carol Bennage of Tamaqua and Karen Basiago (John) of Summit Hill; her grandchildren, Ryan, Abbey and Jayden; and her great grandchild Tyson. She is also survived by grammy and was devoted to her husband, children, and grandchildren.
