She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallagher and Viola Gallagher (McGann); and her sister Mary Lou Sword. She is survived by: her husband Anthony J. Kondertavage, Sr.; her children, Anthony J. Kondertavage, Jr. (Jennifer) of Coaldale, Valerie M. Horvat (Joseph) of Lansford and Amy M. Machay (Joe) of Coaldale; and also, Racquel Ann Kondertavage, Taylor Horvat, Isabella Horvat, Joelle Machay and Icelyn Machay. She is also survived by 5 grand children.
