She is survived by: her brother Edward Hoffman; her daughter Barbara (Charles Kleinhagen); her daughter-in-law Pamela Sakusky (Bixler); her grandchildren, Kelly (Joseph McBride), Steven Beidler (Janine), Charles Kleinhagen III (Aundrea) and Amy (Michael Jaromnak); and her great grandchildren, Dalton, Anna, Griffin, Alison, Amelia, Charlie and Sullivan.
