He was predeceased by: his parent James N. Hulsman; and his brother James W. Hulsman. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Hulsman (Storch); his sister-in-law Joan Miller; and his niece Irene Hulsman. He is also survived by nephew; several cousins; and devoted lifelong friend.
