She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Faust and Mary Faust (Rex); her husband Rudolph R. Rother; her daughter Karen Mateyak; and her siblings, Ellen Wagner, Ruth DeLay, Mary Faust and Harvin Faust.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. Rother (Dorothy) of Tamaqua, Mary Machay (Dave) of Tamaqua, Theresa Houser (David) of Tamaqua and Louise Schickram (Wayne) of Tamaqua; her son-in-law John Mateyak of Lititz; and her siblings, James Faust, Thomas Faust, Kitty Ann Buss, Dorothy Audenried and Glenna Kozuch. She is also survived by 12 grand children; 25 great grand children; two step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
