It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Nelson (Tamaqua, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leo and Thelma Nelson (Kilbride); and his siblings, Jacqueline Binder, Anita DelVicchio and Earl "Bud" Nelson.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Nelson (Kane); his children, Eric W. Nelson, Jr. (Carissa) of Tamaqua, Thomas A. Nelson (Hannah) of Tamaqua and Jennifer L. Brozyno (Steven) of Tamaqua; his siblings, Thomas A. Nelson of Philadelphia and Linda Donahue (Roland Sayers) of Philadelphia; and his nephew Eric. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
