She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Chinchar; her parents, John McElvaney and Anna McElvaney; her son James Chinchar; and her brothers, Joseph McElvaney, John McElvaney, James McElvaney, Thomas McElvaney, Richard McElvaney and Francis McElvaney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Faber (Kevin) of Tuscarora and Elizabeth Steffy (David Biasi) of Tuscarora; her grandchildren, Colby Chinchar of Lewistown Valley, PA, Miranda Chinchar of Lewistown Valley, Kevin Faber of Tuscarora and Celena Steffy of Tuscarora; and her siblings, Robert McElvaney of New Jersey and Sarah Sleptsky of Coaldale.
