He was predeceased by: his parent Augustine Zemanik; and his brothers, Joseph Zemanik, Michael Zemanik and Frank Zemanik. He is survived by: his parent Pauline Vićhoć Zemanik; his spouse Joan M. Zemanik (Urban); his sons, Monsignor Edward Zemanik of Schuylkill Haven, Robert Zemanik of Port Carbon and Thomas Zemanik, Sr. of Allentown; his grandchildren, Kristine Yanett and Thomas Zemanik, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Levi Zemanik and Landen Yanett.

At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jerome's Regional School, to help fund great-grandson, Landen Yanett's education.
