He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Lyba and Elizabeth Lyba (Stickler); and his brother-in-law Thomas Beltz. He is survived by: his wife Lousie (Chromiak); his daughters, Jennifer Kinder (Ray) and Amy Argenio (Vincent) of West Pittston; and his sister Donna Beltz of Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home (500 E Broad St, Tamaqua, PA 18252). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:15 PM at the same location.
