He was predeceased by: his parent Augustine Zemanik; and his brothers, Joseph Zemanik, Michael Zemanik and Frank Zemanik. He is survived by: his parent Pauline Vichoc Zemanik; his spouse Joan M. Urban Zemanik; his sons, Monsignor Edward Zemanik, Schuylkill Haven, Robert Zemanik, Port Carbon and Thomas Zemanik Sr.; his grandchildren, Kristine Yanett and Thomas Zemanik Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Levi Zemanik and Landen Yanett.

At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jerome's Regional School to help fund great-grandson Landen Yanett's education.
