He was predeceased by: his parents, Stratton R. Flail and Edith A. Flail (Faust). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Leitgep (McCracken); and his siblings, Elaine Nattress, Allen Flail and Rodger Flail. He is also survived by three daughters.
