We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2022, at the age of 33, Crystal Marie Tonkin of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Steele and Kathleen J. "Kathy" Steele (Brobst). She is survived by: her husband John Tonkin; her sons, Jacob, Lukas and Liam; her siblings, Samantha Linkhorst (Jaryd) of Tamaqua, David Steele (Alyssa) of Tamaqua and Michael Steele of Tyrone, PA; and her grandmother Jean Brobst of Tamaqua. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family has requested that COVID-19 protocols be followed and attendees wear masks.
Memorials may be made towards the cost of the funeral in care of the funeral home.
