He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fulmer, Sr. and Mary Fulmer (Barrett). He is survived by: his wife Lois (Brobst); his son Charles Fulmer, III (Nicole) of Bloomsburg; his sisters, Catherine Zupko of Tamaqua and Rosemarie Conner (Marc) of Hometown; and his grandchildren, Ainsley Fulmer and Charles Fulmer IV of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
