He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Leiby and Erma Leiby (Nester); his sister Phyllis Fisher; and his son-in-law Mark Creyer. He is survived by: his wife June Leiby; his children, Bruce Leiby (Carol) of Tamaqua, PA, Scott Leiby (Linda) of Tamaqua, Dean Leiby (Kathy) of Manheim, PA, John Leiby (Helen) of New Ringgold, PA and Kay Ann Creyer of Blandon, PA; and his sisters, Elinor Wagner of Harrisburg, PA and Joan Smith of Lewistown Valley, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
