It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony J. Zahora (Tamaqua, Pennsylvania), born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zahora and Julia Zahora (Hudec); his wife Marie Zahora (Kupetz); his children, Michele D. Knepper and Anthony M. "Tony" Zahora, Jr.; his siblings, Julia Zahora, Mary Davison, Charles "Cutter", Joseph, John and William Zahora; and his grandson Kyle Knepper.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Zahora (Marilyn) of Marysville, Maria A. Naab (Ed) of Lebanon and Margo Russoli (Tom) of Schnecksville; and his close friend RuthAnn Feane. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
