It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Wood (Tamaqua, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Neifert and Anna Neifert (Sell); her husband George J. Wood; and her siblings, Alice Griffiths and John "Tank" Neifert.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan A. DeAngelo (Bruno) of Tamaqua; her grandchildren, Brianna Kunkel, Brenna Kunkel, Brandi DeAngelo and Bryce DeAngelo; her sister Ann Kline of Tamaqua; her niece Betsy Melnick (George); and her great-nephews, Tyler, Adam and Memphis.
