She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charles Joseph and Betty Wendel Fox; and her sister Lily Mae Gibson. She is survived by: her husband Ronald B. Hornberger; her children, Nathan Aaron Hornberger of Talmage and Rachelle "Shelly" Averil (Brandon D. Adams) of Lititz; and her siblings, Dolores Grace (late Fred Lauth) and Charles Joseph Fox.
