He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer L. Shoemaker, Sr. and Evelyn B. Shoemaker (Gaugler); and his wife Janet Shoemaker (Weber). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sally Ann Yons (Weber) and Curt Weber (Vickie) of Bethlehem, PA; his granddaughter Melissa Ann Yons Rabenold (Mike) of Kentucky; his stepchildren, Jack Yons of Carbon Co and Crystal Barket (Dell) of Lehigh Co; his great grandchildren, Anthony (Tomoko) of Japan and Dominic of Kentucky; his great great grandchildren, Matthew and Tyler of Japan; his siblings, Wilma Shoemaker Holland Hall (Bill) of North Carolina, Earle Shoemaker (Mary) of Nesquehoing, PA, Paul Shoemaker of Hamburg, PA and Larry Shoemaker (Debbie) of Ruther Glen, VA; and his aunts, Marlene and Arlene. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
