She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine A. Johnson (Thomas) and Evan R. Johnson; and her cousin Jerry Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Roger W Hetrick; her brother David E Johnson (Gail); her nephews, Charles Johnson, Mark Johnson and Todd Tanner; her niece Joanie McLean; her cousin Marianne Morgan; her sisters-in-law, Joanne Hetrick (Hank Anderson) and Ellen Kimbrell (Devon); and also, Michael Morgan (Wendi), Sam Morgan and Greg Morgan. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
