She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Locke and Elizabeth Locke (Dodd). She is survived by: her husband Howard Caldwell McCullough Jr.; her sisters, Darlene Tidball and Marylou McClymonds; her children, David McCullough (Kathy), Deborah Burkhart (Steve), Rob McCullough of North Huntingdon and Rhonda Sinn (Scott) of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Kristen Burkhart (Phillip Archer), Kevin Burkhart (Heather), Jonathan McCullough (Cynthia), Daniel McCullough, Lauren Taylor (Isaac), Katelyn Sinn (Ryan Swartz) and Kylie Sinn; her great grandchildren, Justin, Bonnie, Natalie, Joanna and Abraham; and her sister Ruby Tidball. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
