She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Trumbette and Mary Trumbette (Campanini); her husband Michael Mehok, Jr.; and her siblings, Joe, William Trumbette, Marie Kilmer, Jennie Harvey and Annette "Nettie" Falczak.
She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas Trumbette, Jr. (Janette) of Soldier Hill, Jean Uplinger (Ivan) of Reynoldsville and Betty Edwards (Chuck) of Anita. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
