He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leland and Mary Irene Daugherty (Held); his wife Ella Mae Daugherty (Kerr); his siblings, Rose Floyd, James, Dale, George, John and Thomas; and his son-in-law William Ball.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Ball (Gary Hartzell), Brenda Pettit (Rob), Deborah Powell (John), Kimberly Parkin (Ron) and William Daugherty; and his siblings, Alice Hilty, Michael and Timothy Daugherty (Kim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
