He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Eckman and Alda S. Eckman (Torretti). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Eckman (Schriver); his daughters, Deborah Glasl (John), Deneise Strouse-Canton (Rick) and Kathleen Eckman (Steve Wilson); his sisters, Lisa Lindemuth (Vern) and Pamela Reiter (Ron); and his grandchildren, Samantha Bussard (Zach), Plum, Derek Strouse and Aiden Good.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest donations to either the Sykesville Firemen or Sykesville Ambulance.
