He is survived by: his spouse Linette Welling; his daughters, Rachel Hoffman and Rebecca Phillips; his grandchildren, Connor and Caitlyn Hoffman; and his siblings, Shelby Phillips (Annette), Misty Hohing (O. R.) and Tonia Beaver (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
