He is survived by: his mother Margaret Dillie McNeeley; his wife Pamela Cain Fike; his children, Missy (Bobby Oliver), Becky Crouse (Mike) of Front Royal, VA, Diane Stokes (Adam) of Wind Ridge, PA and Lloyd Fike (Jen) of Knox, PA; his siblings, Debbie Wickland, Phyllis Kline, Anita Jo Welden and Don Fike; and his aunt Melinda Roberts of Ligonier, PA. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
